The other day was my first time there. The receptionists were so friendly. Dr Katelyn Petraglia was awesome! She told me step by step what she was going to do and asked me if I was okay periodically. This part's going to be hard for people to believe but she was so gentle & I was very relaxed. Her helpers were amazing as well. This by far has been the best dental experience ever. I highly recommend them! Btw, no pain and I believe that's because she was so gentle.

Great experience with everyone from this office!!! The administrative and clinical staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Petraglia was AMAZING during the whole root canal process!! She consistently checked in with me and informed me of what was happening. Admittedly, I did inquire about nitrous oxide, which was not covered by insurance ( which I was told up front upon inquiry). I did opt for the nitrous oxide for the calming effects, which was AWESOME! I will highly recommend this office, and specifically Dr. Petraglia and will DEFINITELY use them again if I need another root canal!!

Sadly, I never had the opportunity to meet any of the providers because of negative experience I encountered while attempting to register my child. I called at 8am this morning, prior to the office opening, yet no one returned my call. I called again around 3pm and was told by Cindy that she checked all the voice-mails and would've called me back had I left a messge. Cindy was very unprofessional and unfriendly! Excellent customer service is extremely important to me. If the first line staff members are unwilling to set the tone, I'd rather take my business elsewhere!

Was terrified of an apioectomy!!! Dr. Korch and his assistant were nothing short of amazing! Explained every step of the procedure. Professional, kind, caring. No pain at all! Felt nothing during the procedure. Thorough after-care instructions…. Staff called next day to see how I was! Would HIGHLY recommend!! Office staff was kind and helpful, too!

Had a root canal done here. Been in pain on and off ever since and found out it needs extracted because it's fractured. I suspect this happened during the root canal based off what I observed while I was being worked on. I heard a crack during the procedure and assumed my bridge fell out. The doctor and assistant paused and looked at each other. I noticed my bridge was still intact so I wasn't sure what to think. But now I know. The doctor also kept walking away in the middle of the procedure to go back and talk to another patient. Not just for a minute... for a long time. I sat there with my mouth open forever because I could not close it!!!!! Unprofessional! When I went back for my pain, I kept getting prescribed antibiotics. One I couldn't take with one of my meds, and one he mentioned putting me on but the assistant warned him that I'm allergic to it. Whenever I had questions, he had no clear answers. Everything was "probably". He couldn't tell me what was wrong. Also want to add that when I kept going back for the pain, he told me two surrounding teeth needed root canals because he didn't see anything wrong in the xray with the tooth I said was hurting. I got a second opinion
